Frequently Asked Questions

Processing

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Once your order is confirmed, your order will begin production within 3 business days. (We try to process all orders within the first 24hrs, however, during peak times it may take the full 3 days.) Due to the the custom nature of our items, we require up to 5 weeks for production of orders that include personalized items. Non-personalized items will process and ship within 3 business days.

Changes/ Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we allow a 10-minute window to make any changes/cancellations. Please email chacejewelryco@gmail.com within this timeframe. If you are outside of the 10 minute window, your order may have already been submitted to production, however, you are welcomed to email us and we will confirm if the change/cancellation is possible.

Shipping

We offer one flat rate shipping fee for all orders. Orders over $75 will receive free shipping, no code needed. Orders ship via USPS Ground delivery and should arrive within 7 days of leaving our facility. Please note, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic shipping times may be delayed by the carrier. Due to the the custom nature of our items, we require up to 6 weeks total for production and delivery of orders that include personalized items. Non-personalized items will ship within 3 business days and will be delivered within 7 days after shipping.

International Shipping

We currently only offer shipping within the United States. Subscribe to our newsletter for notice of when we begin to offer worldwide shipping.

Returns

Due to the custom aspect of Chace Jewelry Co., we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on personalized items under any circumstances.

Damaged Items

As a small business we work diligently to ensure that all orders are processed with full attention to detail to avoid any delay in you receiving your item(s). In the event that an item arrives damaged or was processed incorrectly (incorrect font, incorrect metal options, misspelling) we will replace the item at no cost to the customer. Please contact us within 3 business of receipt at chacejewelryco@gmail.com and include photos of the error to expedite the case.

Warranty

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority! All Items are covered by a 1-week warranty. If an item breaks within 7 days of delivery, we will deem it defective and replace it for the customer at no additional cost. Please contact us within 8 calendar days of delivery and include photos of the error to expedite the case. Once your case has been reviewed, you will receive instructions via email about how we will proceed.
