Returns
Due to the custom aspect of Chace Jewelry Co., we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on any items under any circumstances.
Damaged/incorrect items:
As a small business we work diligently to ensure that all orders are processed with full attention to detail to avoid any delay in you receiving your item(s). In the event that an item arrives damaged or was processed incorrectly (incorrect font, incorrect metal options, misspelling) we will replace the item at no cost to the customer.

All items are covered by a 1-week warranty. If an item breaks within 7 days of delivery, we will deem it defective and replace it for the customer at no additional cost.
